Booking conditions

To ensure an optimal service, please read the following booking conditions for our chauffeur-driven shuttle.

Early Booking:

Reservations must be made at least 72 hours before your desired pickup time.

Required Information :

When booking, please provide the following information:

Full name

Number of passengers

Pick-up date and time

Pick-up and destination address

Flight details (if applicable)

Contact Phone Number

Booking Confirmation :

Once the booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details

of your booking. Please check this information carefully.

Changes and Cancellations :

Reservation changes must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time of

Support.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the pickup time will result in

Cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

Punctuality :

Our drivers strive to be punctual. Please be ready at the agreed time. In case of delay

please let us know as soon as possible.

Baggage :

Each passenger is allowed to carry one standard-sized suitcase and one carry-on bag. If you

have additional baggage requirements, please let us know in advance.

Behavior and Safety :

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking or the consumption of cigarettes is not permitted.

Payment :

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the time of pick-up.

Please note that we do not accept cheques.

Responsibility:

SABAS accepts no responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

adverse weather, traffic jams, or other events

beyond our control.

Shared Shuttle Service:

This is a shuttle service and not a taxi, which means you could be accompanied

other passengers making the same journey at the same time.

By booking our chauffeured shuttle, you agree to all the conditions mentioned above.
