RENTAL CONDITIONS
To ensure a worry-free rental experience, please review the terms and conditions of
Car Rental :
Age and Driver's License :
The tenant must be at least 21 years old.
The renter must be in possession of a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
Booking and Payment :
Reservations can be made online through our website.
A security deposit with a value of 250€ will be required at the time of booking, refundable after the
Rental, subject to vehicle inspection.
Full payment for the rental must be made at the time of pick-up of the vehicle.
Required Documents :
The tenant must present a valid identity document (passport or identity card).
The renter must present a valid driver's license.
A credit card in the tenant's name is required for the security deposit.
Rental Period :
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Late returns will be charged by the extra hour, according to our hourly rate.
Use of the Vehicle :
The vehicle must be used only for personal, non-commercial use.
The vehicle must be driven only by authorized persons and named in the
Rental Agreement.
Fuel:
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level of
fuel. Otherwise, refreshment fees will be applied.
Insurance and Liability :
All our vehicles are covered by basic insurance. Supplemental insurance can
be taken out at the time of booking.
In the event of damage or accident, the renter is obliged to notify SABAS immediately and to
Fill out a joint report.
Maintenance and Cleanliness:
The renter is responsible for keeping the vehicle in good condition and returning it clean. Fees
cleaning can be applied if the vehicle is rendered excessively dirty.
Mileage:
The lease agreement includes limited mileage. Any overage will be charged according to our rate
per additional kilometre.
Cancellation and Modifications :
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will be refunded
fully.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to pickup will incur a fee
50% of the total rental cost.
Any rebooking must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick-up

Infractions and Penalties:
The tenant is responsible for all fines and offences committed during the period of
rental.
In the event of confiscation of the vehicle by the authorities, all costs will be borne by the renter.
